Denver, Colo.  April 5, 2017  After a couple weeks of excellent spring skiing conditions, winter has returned to Colorado’s high country with double digit snow totals at Colorado Ski Country USA (CSCUSA) ski areas across the state.

 

Ski areas along or near the Continental Divide received the highest totals with Eldora welcoming 16 inches in the last 48 hours while Winter Park and Monarch were each blanketed with 14 inches.

Elsewhere, Silverton enjoyed 12 inches, 10 inches fell at Cooper and Aspen Snowmass received 9 inches in the last 48 hours.

Copper Mountain and Loveland each recorded 8 inches and Arapahoe Basin received 7 inches.

Steamboat April 16

Winter Park April 23, Mary Jane will remain open until April 30
