Swiss Ski Resorts Open

As the ski season in most of Europe gets underway early, albeit a little slowly in Switzerland, we thought it was time to start updating which resorts are open.

So far even before December arrives there are 5 Swiss resorts open. Laax in Graubunden, opened on 3 November and currently has between 5 cm on the lower slopes to 110 cm on the upper ones. Other resorts already open are: –

Pizol

– Heidiland, Eastern Switzerland  Snow 5cm – 110cm

Flumserberg

– Central Switzerland Snow 45cm – 70cm

Flumserberg

– Heidiland, Eastern Switzerland Snow 35cm – 45cm

Veysonnaz

– Valais Snow 0cm – 30cm

The Marécottes

– Salvan, Valais Snow 5cm – 30cm
