Panorama’s huge mountain is actually the fifth highest across the whole of the North American continent and has so much on offer for all standards of skier.

A real family-friendly resort, Panorama doesn’t have a massive nightlife, but if you’re looking for a convenient ski location, this is a great location for you. Just 20km from Invermere, it’s a nice-looking resort, with a laid-back atmosphere and breathtaking views of the Rockies and the nearby Mount Nelson; giving this resort its perfect name.

A great plus when you’re looking at Panorama ski accommodation is that it’s designed as a real ski village. You’ll find its modern accommodation split across the lower and upper villages.

When it comes to snow, Panorama may not have as much as the western resorts of Revelstoke and Whistler, however you will get to enjoy some great dry, fluffy and light snow here due to the quiet pistes

Panorama is made up of a pedestrianised village, although you will find car parking underground. It definitely has a quieter feel to it, and you’ll enjoy strolling through the streets and visiting the shops.

We like Panorama as it offers a good-sized ski area to enjoy; a great benefit being that the runs are pretty quiet. Families and other visitors alike will particularly enjoy the pedestrianised village.

If you’re looking for a nice laid-back resort with some superb ski terrain, you’ve certainly come to the right place. Absolutely ideal for families, it’s a great location with lots of facilities that are easily accessible. And if you do want to party, you’ll still find some excellent bars and a nightclub too.
