Alpine Lodges, developer of the prestigious Keystone Lodge, Mammoth Lodge and Le C residences in Courchevel has constructed a 120 metre Squared show apartment on the site of their Annapurna and Kinabalu residences in Les Gets, Portes du Soleil.

The property, which opened last week and comes complete with a kitchen, open plan living space, bathroom and bedroom, allows potential property purchasers to experience the standard of finish, location and a variety of interior design options first hand. The show apartment offers all possible finishings on display for potential clients to choose from.

Both the Annapurna and Kinabalu residences are currently reserving off-plan with completion expected in 2017 and 2018 respectively. Both residences offer luxury accommodation available to purchase on a classic freehold basis and properties range in size from 1 bed to 6 bed apartments in Kinabalu and 2 bed to 5 bed in Annapurna. The new-build developments sit next to each other, just metres from the piste and within the centre of Les Gets village. They’ll feature a private swimming pool and luxury spa complex, lounge bar, restaurant, underground parking and a 24-hour concierge service.

Says Patrick Remme, founder and CEO of Alpine Lodges:

Many of our apartments are purchased as investment properties, yet we feel strongly that the standard and quality of internal finishes should not be compromised in the slightest. We’ve invested heavily in recruiting a highly skilled and talented team of acclaimed interior designers to work with our buyers to create beautiful interior layouts and designs. The opening of our new show apartment in Les Gets is further investment in showcasing our high standards of luxury.

The Les Gets show property is available to view by appointment only through the Alpine Lodges Les Gets sales office: +33 (0) 4 50 79 31 82 or email: info@alpine-lodges.co.uk
