Without a doubt, the views in Heavenly across Lake Tahoe, are amongst the best in the world. And certainly, if you look towards the desert, the views are absolutely stunning too.

If you’re looking at Heavenly ski accommodation, you’ll find a lot of choice here. You’ve got over 850 self-catering choices made up of apartments, cabins, condos, houses and lodges.

If you’re thinking about Heavenly weather, it’s worth bearing in the mind that due to high winds, the upper lifts may be closed. Also, you may find that some of the access roads for Lake Tahoe can be closed during snowstorms

We like Heavenly with its outstanding views of Lake Tahoe, not to mention shooting down the slopes and enjoying the Nevada desert vistas.

Away from the slopes, you can choose whether you want to be on the more sedate side of the resort for its convenience, or the more lively buzz of downtown Heavenly.

If you’re looking for a totally different lively ski resort, Heavenly is a great location. Where else can you find the combination of outstanding scenery and glitzy casinos? Ski-wise, they’ve really thought about access to the pistes, with an excellent lift system where you can use your Heavenly lift pass. It’s also got a great choice of accommodation on offer.
