We are skiers and snowboarders and not long time ski journalists, so we fully understand how frustrating it is to find accommodation, in the right place and at the right price. For independent ski and snowboard travelers it is a lot of hard work, so Snowresort.ski has been to try and make it a little easier.
As we add ski resorts, our target is 1,200 worldwide over next 2 years, we will build a filter system to enable this to be easier. In the meantime as at 2016 we are adding hotels, chalets and apartments that are definitely based in the resort, you have chosen, or in a village close by for those people who want to save a bit of money!
We do not have a booking system, so when you click on your chosen accommodation to book, you will go through to their website or a independent booking website to finish this part of the process. We do get paid for this just like a travel agent only a bit less. However if we find an appropriate apartment or chalet etc., that doesn’t pay us for introducing you, we are still committed to including them on our guide, because we want our accommodations guide to be totally inclusive.
